We love making custom cakes and sweets to order! If you feel like something a little more spontaneous then pop by and see us (we are open Saturdays 10-2). If you want something a little off menu give us a call too! We want to help you make your every occasion that little bit extra amazing!


If you are after a special order please allow 2-3 days notice depending on what it is. If it is urgent give us a call on 021 044 9549 to see if we can fit it in!

Vanilla Bean - A light classic pound cake flavoured with our favourite Heilala vanilla beans. This cake is then soaked in house made vanilla syrup and filled with our rich and creamy French vanilla buttercream. This cake also lends itself well to a pairing with a filling of fruit such as poached pears or baked apples

 

Chocolate mud cake - This cake can be made white, milk, or dark chocolate. It is then paired with a rich chocolate buttercream. If you are gluten, dairy or egg free we find dark chocolate mud cake is the best choice.

 

Black Forest-Rich moist chocolate cake soaked in cherry syrup and layered with a rich vanilla bean buttercream and house made cherry compote.

 

 

Spiced Apple and carrot-Caramel and cinnamon roasted apples with local carrots mixed into a lightly spiced dark muscavado sugar cake. Filled with a white chocolate cream cheese buttercream and drips of housemade salty caramel sauce. 

 

 

Raspberry and white chocolate-Fresh raspberries and Belgian white chocolate make up this rich moist cake. Soaked in a vanilla bean syrup and layered with a white chocolate buttercream and raspberry preserve this cake is as sweet as it is tangy.

 

 

Banana milk chocolate-Moist and dense banana cake with swirls of milk chocolate. Soaked in a vanilla bean syrup and layered with milk chocolate ganache and baked banana buttercream

 

 

Lemon, raspberry and passionfruit - Light and fluffy lemon cake soaked in fresh lemon syrup and layered with a rich buttery lemon curd, raspberry compote, passionfruit curd and a zesty light lemon buttercream. For the citrus lovers this cake can be made with lemon only.

Snickers Cake - Layers of light chocolate fudge cake filled with salted caramel sauce, peanut butter buttercream and chocolate sauce. Topped with chunks of salted peanut brittle

 

Banana Split - Layers of banana and chocolate swirl cake. Filled with chocolate sauce, banana caramel sauce, strawberry compote, vanilla bean buttercream, vanilla bean custard and chocolate custard. Finished with drips of milk chocolate sauce, hundreds and thousands and toasted peanuts.

 

Dunkin' donuts delicious - Coffee cake filled with cinnamon buttercream and vanilla bean custard. Topped with our housemade glazed mini donuts.

 

Rocky road - Chocolate fudge cake filled with a brown butter hazelnut buttercream, white chocolate coconut ganache, cherry compote and raspberry compote. Topped with salted peanut brittle, chocolate sauce and our fluffy house made marshmallows 

 

Pink champagne - Light and fluffy champagne cake filled with a white chocolate cream cheese buttercream, white chocolate ganache and strawberry compote. Finished with mini macarons

 

Pretzel, marshmallow and salted caramel - Chocolate cake soaked in caramel sauce. Filled with salted chocolate buttercream, chunks of our housemade marshmallow and pieces of pretzel. Topped with caramel sauce and even more chocolate, marshmallow and pretzel.

 
Cookie extreme - House made oreo cake filled with layers of crisp and crunch chocolate chip cookies, cookies and cream buttercream and a rich chocolate sauce. Topped with our house made oreos, chocolate chip cookies and chocolate sauce.

 

S'more - Deliciously light vanilla cake filled with chocolate sauce, bruleed marshmallow, vanilla bean buttercream and crushed housemade graham cracker. Topped with all of the above

Gourmet cake flavours

Chocolate Raspberry -

A chocolate sponge base topped with a dark chocolate mousse filled with layers of raspberry compote, vanilla bean creme brulee, chocolate sabayon, cocoa nib croustillant and dark chocolate sable

 

Pear and Almond (gf) -

Dark chocolate financier base topped with a rich dark chocolate mousse around layers of brown butter pear curd and almond brittle

 

Salty peanuts, caramel and dark beer - 

A pretzel and milk chocolate base topped with layers of liquid salted caramel, caramel creme, milk chocolate creme brulee and peanut brittle all encased by a dark beer infused 70% mousse

 

Coffee, orange and dark chocolate -

Chocolate genoise underneath a 70% mousse that encases layers of orange jelly, cardamom creme, coffee creme brulee, chocolate sable and coffee chocolate crunch

 

Triple Chocolate (gf) -

Dark chocolate brownie base topped with layers or Belgian dark, milk and white chocolate mousse finished with cocoa nib nougatine
